On the afternoon of October 04, 2023, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tiep (Rector of Ha Long University), along with leaders of Ha Long University, welcomed and worked with Mr. Tsutomu Takebe (Special Advisor to Japan - Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Alliance and of Ha Long University) and the working delegation.
