At the closing ceremony of the MOTIVE project, the representative of the Department of Political education and Pupil and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Training claimed that the end results of the MOTIVE project are an important source for the Ministry of Education and Training to promulgate regulations related to career counseling for students, most recently the issuance of Circular 07/2022/TT-BGDDT dated May 23, 2022 on career and employment counseling and start-up assistance in educational institutions. The implementation of the project’s contents contributes to creating opportunities for domestic training institutions to build a network of direct connections with businesses and units to improve entrepreneurship skills and grasp the requirements for the labor market, in order to help students find jobs after graduation, opening the door for schools in Vietnam to learn and exchange experiences with European partners in providing assistance with employment and start-ups for students.

Following the success of the project, in order to maintain the sustainability and spread the significance of the project in the future, Ha Long University continues to organize and implement the action plan as follows:

  1. Promote the project and the project’s research results at the Job Fair For Freshmen and other forums, soft skills classes for student members of clubs in the faculties.
  2. Lecturers actively integrate the project contents into the curriculum.
  3. Continue to expand the network of students, businesses and member universities on the Graduate Tracking Center platform and the information portal at: www.news.motive.edu.vn in such events as graduation ceremonies.
  4. The school considers the MOTIVE project as a premise, to continue the search and implement projects and topics about students and students’ jobs after graduation, and the labor market.
  5. The school continues to cooperate with educational institutions that are members of the MOTIVE project to maintain and develop the project’s Information Portal.

On the occasion of the 2024 Job Fair held on April 5, 2024, Ha Long University aims to promote the MOTIVE project to students and businesses. In particular, the project’s information portal is in the process of completing the database and will soon go into operation. The portal will be a space for schools – businesses – candidates to exchange and search for information about the supply and demand of the labor market. Through this, the universities can coordinate with businesses to build essential career skills for students; On the students’ side, we hope that the MOTIVE Project Information Portal will be a job portal for you after graduation, so you can proactively learn and improve your knowledge to meet the needs of the labor market.
