The arrival of Ms. NAGAYASU Natsuko and Ms. MIYAKE Akiho to work at the university creates favorable opportunities for Japanese language students at Ha Long University and students at the School of Pedagogical Practice to access and study online, connect with native teachers, and become acquainted with Japanese and Japanese culture, thereby improving students’ training quality and language skills. Furthermore, this is an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and cultural exchange between Ha Long University and, in particular, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), as well as the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan in general.
