All activities that Ha Long University participated in are highly evaluated in the host country, as well as the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the leaders of Quang Ninh province.

Ha Long University has been ceaselessly affirming its increasingly growing position and reputation, and is becoming a reliable address in training high-quality human resources for the province and the region.

Hokkaido is a province with a developed agriculture, aquaculture and tourism industry. Currently, the province has attracted a large number of Vietnamese people to study, live and work. However, with a high rate of aging population, the locality always lacks human resources in many fields. Hokkaido province has always had many support policies to attract human resources in Quang Ninh province and Vietnam in general to study and work abroad.

At the forum, the Rector of Ha Long University discussed the human resource training strategy of Ha Long University. He affirmed that in the past, the University has always attached importance to and has had many agreements and cooperation programs on student exchange, internship and reception of expert lecturers with Japanese partners. Ha Long University is determined to continue to be proactive and creative in implementing educational and training tasks; to promptly adjust and upgrade the high-quality human resource training strategies, in order to provide high-quality human resources for Quang Ninh province and Japanese partners.
