Upon completion of the program, the students achieved remarkable outcomes and received positive evaluations from the host company in Japan. Their Japanese language proficiency improved significantly, especially in workplace communication. Key professional skills were also strengthened and developed, including customer service skills in accordance with Japanese standards, professional working attitudes, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and effective time management.
