The internship program in Japan is an annual international cooperation activity of the University, providing students with valuable opportunities to develop professional skills in an international working environment, while enhancing their Japanese language proficiency, particularly practical communication skills.

Upon completion of the program, the students achieved remarkable outcomes and received positive evaluations from the host company in Japan. Their Japanese language proficiency improved significantly, especially in workplace communication. Key professional skills were also strengthened and developed, including customer service skills in accordance with Japanese standards, professional working attitudes, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and effective time management. These competencies are essential in enhancing students’ independence, adaptability, and competitiveness in the job market after graduation.
