Attending the welcome ceremony were Dr. Phan Thi Hue – Vice Rector of Ha Long University, along with leaders from the Office of International Cooperation and Research Management, Training Department, Faculty of Foreign Languages, and the Chinese Language Department. From the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), Ms. Chiu Chi Yun, the volunteer teacher assigned to Ha Long University, was present.

During the meeting, Dr. Phan Thi Hue – Vice Rector of the University – expressed her delight at welcoming the volunteer teacher to work at Ha Long University. She extended her sincere thanks to TECO for annually sending highly qualified teachers to the university. She also emphasized that this meaningful activity contributes to strengthening international cooperation in Chinese language education, providing students with the opportunity to learn from native-speaking teachers and improving the overall quality of foreign language teaching.
