In 2018, the Faculty of Culture expanded its Cultural Management program by adding four specialized fields: Cultural Heritage Management; Cultural Tourism Management; Event Organization; and Community Arts Performance. These are all attractive fields of study that provide students with numerous learning opportunities as well as promising career prospects for the future.

Since its inception, the faculty staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Culture have consistently excelled in their assigned tasks, creating a solid foundation for enhancing the quality of training in Cultural Management. With a passion for their profession, enthusiasm for their work, and dedication to students, the lecturers have increasingly established their reputation among students, creating opportunities for effective exploration, research, and learning. The faculty serves as a nurturing ground for individuals and groups with talent in the field of cultural arts, enhancing their skills and creating a quality cultural workforce to participate in programs organized by the Faculty of Culture, as well as by the university and private entities.

Continuing to maintain a training model that combines scientific research, gradually expanding scale, and improving the quality and effectiveness of training and research; striving to become a strong faculty for training state management in culture and cultural practice at Ha Long University and in Quang Ninh province in general.
