The graduate program must ensure core knowledge for the field of Computer Science (CS) and leverage the strengths of specialized areas within the CS department, including: Knowledge Technology and Machine Learning; Natural Language Processing; Computer Vision.
Students will gain both foundational and advanced knowledge, a solid methodological framework, and the ability to apply modern achievements in CS to meet the high demands of society. They will also have the capacity for high-level research and development, as well as the ability to take on leadership roles and contribute positively to the advancement of science and technology. The training is conducted with both research-oriented and application-oriented approaches, specifically:
Core and specialized knowledge is emphasized, creating conditions for students to enhance their motivation for self-research and exploration, helping them develop knowledge, improve professional capacity, and apply their skills in practice.
The Master's program in Computer Science will provide students with the necessary foundational and specialized knowledge and skills, along with a learning environment that meets international standards. The goal is to prepare graduates to work in high-tech scientific and technological environments, both domestically and internationally. Students will also focus on training in scientific research methods, fostering creativity, and the ability to continue learning and researching in advanced environments worldwide.
For the application-oriented approach: Graduates will have the ability to apply the results of CS to practical situations, contributing positively to the development of science and technology
