On August 21, 2026, Ha Long University held a concluding ceremony for the Vietnam–China Cultural Exchange Program between students of Ha Long University and Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China.

As part of the exchange program, students from the two universities participated in a variety of activities, including cultural exploration, academic exchange, language exchange, and experiences in each other’s educational environment.
