The School – Recruiter Cooperation Forum was to evaluate the collaborative activities between the University and businesses, agencies; listen to Recruiters’ suggestions, opinions and requests; discuss and improve cooperation mechanisms towards efficiency, thereby proposing contents and forms of cooperation in the coming time. Career day for students aims to make way for students to find suitable jobs after graduation; to create a sustainable relationship between the University and Enterprise in improving training quality; to meet the requirements of the university and social demand, as well as to create favourable conditions for businesses to choose high-quality human resources.

The highlight of the Forum – Recruiters – Student Career Day of Ha Long University was the introduction of the National Job Portal delivered by Project Coordination Committee of the project on monitoring job search trends of graduates in Vietnam (Motive Project).

Granting certificates of opening accounts and posting job advertisements on the National Job Portal to enterprises cooperating with Ha Long University.

Units and enterprises cooperating with Ha Long University are granted certificates allowing them to open accounts; post job advertisements on the National Job Portal; select candidates through the Project’s data of nearly 30,000 accounts of students who graduated in the period 2019-2022 of 25 universities and colleges nationwide; and look for foreign partners.

Career Day for Students is held annually by Ha Long University from 2016 till now. It aims to promote cooperation activities between the school and high schools, along with businesses at the enrollment stage, training stage and recruiting labor stage. It’s based on the motto of companionship and development. At the same time, it is seen as a “bridge” to connect students and employers, create opportunities for students to show their abilities and find jobs in the proper training majors at reputable enterprises.
