Eco-Recycling Club, a student club affiliated to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ha Long University, is established with the aim of raising students’ awareness of the importance of environmental protection.

With the theme “Working together to change the world” to call on everyone to join hands and take practical actions to make a big change for the global environment; the club is also a place to propagate and mobilize students to change their behavior and habits of using disposable plastic products and hard-to-decompose plastic bags; collect, classify and recycle used plastic products and treat them according to regulations, contributing to reducing environmental pollution, protecting human health and the ecological environment. At the same time, this activity aims at raising students’ perception of their roles and responsibilities for protecting environment, turning their awareness into concrete action to make the world cleaner.
